Customers Beware

They charged my credit card over $1100.00 when the bill should have been a bit over $400.00. They called it an error on a new employees part and cause me much work and extra money to get corrected.

Be 100% sure of dates, NO REFUNDS given, NO CANCELLATIONS acceptable

Myself and family members are making plans to attend the Ark and Auburn football game (Oct 13th) and reserved 4 rooms. I didnt see that all rooms reserved were final, had to be prepaid and NO refunds would be given until after giving my credit card number.
