I checked in...I checked out in a matter of 10 mins. Went to the room, as I walked to it it was filthy, smelly, filled with nasty people..not the workers...the clientele. This particular hotel has a problem with meeting and greeting the public. For one, there's a staff member there that happens to be a white female with no people skills at all and they have a manager there that has no clue how to supervise his employees, well I will say this particular one. Just like the previous review, I agree that the property can be difficult to find. You can see it from I40 but after taking the Ingram Ave exit , be sure and look for your (right) turn shortly after taking the exit. The desk clerk was very accomodating and friendly. I echo some of the other reviews. This hotel is difficult to find even after the warnings, especially as it was very late when we arrived and we were pretty tired.
