CoCo Key Outdoor Water Resort is the newest addition to the landscape of successful hotels positioned on the highly-tourist-trafficked International Drive in Orlando, Florida. The established franchise took over the site of International Drive’s original hotel, the Hilton Inn South, and later as the Ramada.
Guest areas have been completely renovated and the hotel is ready for visitors at the 12-building, 391-guest rooms resort. Each room is decorated in the spirit of Key West with bright colors and well-appointed amenities. Rooms are completed with seating areas or couch and flat-screen TV, all within steps of the resort’s main attractions: the pools.

Under the canopy looking out to the water park - CoCo Key Resort, Orlando, Florida
The biggest feature and the draw of CoCo Key Resort is the on-site water park. In addition to a “quiet” pool with hot tub, the resort houses a 54,000 square foot partially-covered outdoor water park. Underneath the canopy, little kids can take advantage of the shade in their own “Minnow Lagoon” with short slides, a zero-depth walk-in pool, and water cannons. Next to Minnow Lagoon is Coral Reef Cove, perfect for excellent swimmers complete with an adventure slide.
Visitors can visit the water park without having to stay on property for $19.95/person ($14.95/person for Florida residents).
Parrot’s Perch, the highlight of the resort, is perched just off of I-4 so every driver speeding by can be envious of your water park fun. Kids can climb up to the five-story-tall slide and race down to the bottom and start all over on the other slides, water cannons, and 400-gallon dump bucket.
When the kids tire of the water park, head inside to the 6,500 square foot arcade complete with mini bowling, air hockey, and high-def racing games. While the kids are busy in the arcade, mom and dad can sit outside at the tiki bar keeping one eye on the kids inside.

CoCo Key King Guest Room, Orlando, Florida
A full-service restaurant, snack bar, and food court are all on-site so you never have to leave. But, if you want to head off to the theme parks close by, free transportation is available to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Wet n’ Wild. Located at stop #13 on the I-Drive Trolley, hop on to take a ride anywhere along International Drive.
Room rates start at $99/night with water park access for just $19/room/day (up to 4 people).
I will be staying at CoCo Key Water Resort with my family in June, so check back for a personal guest experience. My girls are insanely excited to take advantage of the water park without ever having to get in the car.

I read this review and decided to take my family there on a vacation. What a horrible diappointment I had! Who ever wrote this review was blind and stupid! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The beds where old, the room smelled of a horrible odor and the was mold growing in the bathrooms. I was deathly afriad to let my children step on the carpet without their shoes on.
To the person who wrote to crap you should be ashamed of yourself to mislead me and my family and so many other that this place was wonderful. You should be the one to pay for my horrible vacation not me.
