For the second year in a row, I attended the Mom 2.0 Summit in Houston. The conference, once again, was held at the Four Seasons in Houston, which combines luxurious accommodations, first-class service, and a convenient location.
The Four Seasons Houston is located in downtown Houston just a short walk from the Toyota Center and the George R. Brown convention center. I had booked a room with two oversized twin beds, but since this room type wasn’t available when I arrived, my roommate and I were upgraded to a junior suite with a king bed (a comfortable rollaway bed was brought in for us).
While the rooms here are well decorated and a nice size, the real draw of the hotel to me is the fabulous service. Everyone who works here is more than happy to help with anything, and that service makes the hotel seem even more luxurious than it is. The beds are extremely comfortable, which is one of the most important considerations for me.
The onsite amenities are also wonderful. While it wasn’t warm enough for me to visit the pool, I did see the pool area and the patio, and it’s really beautiful. Quattro, the restaurant, offers both regular-sized entrees and small plates. The service was spotty (at best) but the food is excellent. I also ordered room service during the stay, and it too was delicious (and the service was great).
I will definitely stay at the Four Seasons in Houston any time I find myself in Houston.
