With the launch of Vegas Reality - the first augmented reality app in Las Vegas, MGM Mirage now offers a way to explore everything there is to see in Las Vegas, including all the hotels and whatever there is to see and do inside each hotel.

Along with the augmented reality app, MGM Mirage also released three free hotel iPhone apps – one each for Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand and New York-New York.
Before we get to the hotel apps, a little more augmented reality – the augmented reality app merges real Vegas with virtual Vegas to provide intoxicating virtual tours of hotels, restaurants and attractions.
You can get roll down Las Vegas Boulevard, explore CityCenter’s fine art collection, get show tickets and make restaurant reservations with a single touch.
The hotel apps offer photos, videos, and room previews. Once you find the right room, you can make the reservation using the app.
If you’re in Vegas, you can use the apps to order room service, browse restaurant menus, and check out each hotel’s clubs, bars and nightlife.
There’s also a fifth app – “Entertainment of Las Vegas” – which offers video previews, show times, event calendars, and ticketing for all shows at MGM Mirage properties.
