Every Trump Hotel is unique in its own way, but there is one thing that is common to all of them – they’re tall. Really, really tall. To borrow a phrase from fellow UpTake writer Amandaj – Where There’s a Trump, Things are Always Looking Up!
Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago - The 92-story Trump Tower looming over the Loop and North Michigan Avenue is the tallest hotel and the second tallest building in the US, after the Sears Tower. The Trump Tower’s roof tops out at 1,170 feet, with the spire reaching up to 1,389 feet.
The 486 residences and 339 guest rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, the 23,000 sq ft Spa at Trump, and the Sixteen Restaurant on the 16th floor with a terrace overlooking the Chicago River all combine to offer great views.
Seen from outside, the 1.2-acre riverfront park and the hotel’s glittering polished steel and glass exterior stretching up into the sky add a stunning landmark to the attractions in Chicago.
Trump International Hotel & Tower New York - Another splendid example of Donald Trump’s think big philosophy is this 52-story Trump Tower with 167 guest rooms and suites with 10-foot-high ceilings and 9-foot-high windows offering spectacular views of Manhattan.
Trump SoHo New York - The latest addition to the collection of tall Trumps is the 46 story silvery glass tower of the Trump SoHo New York, with 391 rooms and floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the Manhattan skyline, Hudson River, and the Statue of Liberty.
Trump Casinos in Atlantic City - This trinity of monstrously big casinos includes the Trump Taj Mahal, Trump Plaza and Trump Marina. The Trump Taj Mahal soars over the Atlantic City Boardwalk, with 1,250 rooms in the original 51 story Taj Tower, and another 782 rooms in the 39 story Chairman Tower.
The Trump Plaza also towers over the boardwalk with 906 rooms in 39 stories, and the Trump Marina offers 728 rooms spread over 27 stories.
Trump International Beach Resort, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida - Luxury resort with 390 rooms and suites in a 32 story beachfront tower just north of Miami Beach. Each room at this Sunny Isles Beach resort offers a private balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean or Intracoastal Waterway.
Aside from the private beach and the pool complex, there’s also two restaurants, three lounges, tennis court, business center and 22,000 sq ft of meeting and banquet space.
Trump International Hotel & Tower Waikiki Beach Walk - Offers 464 rooms in a 38-story tower with direct beach access, an open air two-level oceanview lobby and a waterfall which crashes down from the 6th floor down to a pedestrian walk.
If the floor-to-ceiling windows and marble baths aren’t enough to entice you to forget the beach and brilliant weather outside, there’s also an infinity pool on the 6th floor which offers a lanai deck, sun loungers and a poolside bistro.
Trump International Hotel Las Vegas - Last on this list, but certainly not the least of the Trumps, the Trump International Hotel Las Vegas soars 64 stories above the Strip with 1,232 suites and 50 penthouse suites housed in a distinct golden-glass tower.
Floor-to-ceiling gold glass windows and European style kitchens aside, the Trump Las Vegas also offers a swimming pool with a sundeck, private cabanas, and a poolside bar and restaurant aptly named H2 (EAU).
