Nubble Light on the South Coast of Maine

This winter, restaurants, hotels, and shops in Maine are offering some great deals and vacation packages for the Office of Tourism’s “Shop, Dine, and Stay” promotion for visitors to the state!  To find out about these great deals, visit the Maine Office of Tourism’s Getaways search page.  Packages run through winter, although some of them end in December!

Here are a few examples of packages that are available:

• $89.99 per room at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Wilton, Maine, including a $25 gift certificate for lunch at The Homestead Restaurant and coupon for shopping (valid through 1/31/10).
• $99 per person midweek, and $119 per person weekends for two nights at the Rhumb Line Resort in Kennebunkport, including a $25 gift certificate for dinner at one of five area restaurants and over $500 in coupons for nearby Kittery and Freeport outlet malls.
• $95 per person per night at the Coverside Guest House at New England Outdoor Center in Millinocket, Maine, including a three course dinner and wine at the River Drivers Restaurant (valid through 12/30/2009).
• $298 per night for two nights at the Lord Camden Inn, including a welcome gift of a bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries and a $75 dinner certificate for two to Peter Ott’s Restaurant and a $25 voucher for the Maine Sport Outfitters or Camden Shoe Company (valid through 12/31/09).
