We were given a room at the back of the hotel which was nice and quiet. more on TripAdvisor

What I found absolutely nerve racking and disturbing was the fact that I checked my credit card statement the day after and I seen that they put a pre authorization on for $650 when I was staying a single night in a room that cost $99. Thankfully I got that refunded more on Travelocity.com

While there was a small glitch at checkin, the desk clerk fixed the problem promptly. more on Yahoo! Travel
