Really disappointed
We spent a few weeks touring the Rockies and west coast of Canada, with our final 2 nights at this hotel. We booked a superior room with superior view, the view was the best thing about this hotel. close to the marina but a hike into town
Liked the location, close to the marina. The shuttle service is very accomidating, I used them several times to go downtown. Front desk staff accomidating although not overly friendly. We found this hotel very elegant, clean well furnished rooms. We requested a water front room so we had a wonderful view of the water, to watch boats and the water planes. From The North Follow The Island Highway 1 Southbound. Take Douglas Street To Belleville. Turn Right Onto Belleville, Then Left Onto Menzies - 1st Street After Parliament Buildings. Two Blocks Later Turn Right On To Kingston Street And Follow To Hotel. From The Airport And Swartz Bay Follow Highway 18 The Pat Bay Highway Towards Downtown. Take The City Centre Signs, Following Blanchard Which Curves To Become Belleville. Turn Left At Menzies-1st Street After Parliament Buildings. Two Blocks Later, Turn Right Onto Kingston Street And Follow This To The Hotel. From The Train Station The Hotel Shuttle Will Pick Up At The Train Depot And Is Complimentary.
