Terrible service -- don't stay here!

My husband, sister, and I stayed here for 3 nights Fri-Sat-Sun June 22nd. We booked the room thru Expedia and were very disappointed with the quality and service. Upon our late arrival on Day #1, we found the following: patio door (ground floor) would not lock, ants running along the inside of the patio door, no washcloths, no kleenex, only enough TP for 1-2 uses and no extra roll, dirty carpets, no bar soap -- only liquid in a dispenser ... moneypenny07, a user of Tripadvisor.
