building repairs caused lights to be out from midnight to early a.m. ??
Two subjects: First when we got to our room there were two "light" sticks on the table and a note informing us that they were doing building repairs and the lights would be out from midnight to 5 a.m. (as I recall) The light sticks (like emergency lights you have in a car where you break them and... Nice place to stay with kids
We took our two small kids to Disneyland and decided to stay at the Dieneyland Hotel. When we checked in to the hotel there was a good size line for check in. No Guest Service
Not being informed of the fact there was no transportation into the park (the monorail) which has been running all of the over 15 times we have been to the park before ;set up a less than magical day..We asked about alternatives and were told we could walk. The Disney land Hotel was a great place to stay. The service is excellent. The staff go out of their way to make sure your comfortable and happy.
