ok. This is the 2nd time we stayed at this Hotel. We arrived at 12:30pm, and were told the room was not ready.. check in is at 3:00pm. That's ok we say, we will go do Disneyland for a while, and come back later. We showed back up at 7:30 pm and , STILL...
