best! Service is excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and always smiling, really made me feel valued. The rooms are so beautiful it's almost hard to leave them. Great Anniversary or Honeymoon Location

Our first impression of the hotel was of course its location (right on the front street with views of the waterfront, the casino and the lovely homes and shops on the NE hillside--then the friendliness of the front office.

THIS HOTEL IS THE BEST ON THE ISLAND, I KID YOU NOT!!!! On the survey sheet, they give you a range from 1 to 10. I GAVE IT A 15!!!!
