OK place in berkeley,ca

The staff was great, I lost my PDA at the hotel, this item was valued over 600.00. Called the manager the next day, and he told me he found the PDA, ask me a few questions about the PDA's info. and bam, even mailed it to me. WOW.. thats ... By A Yahoo! extremely unprofessional

I'm still arguing with them over a reservation screw up. The manager is totally incompetant. He can't even figure out how to change his voicemail message. Not a Place to stay

Like the other reveiwer, I too had a miserable experience with this hotel. Rude and unhelpful staff...check. Rooms that were a mess...check (try no hairdryer, no shower curtain, and stalctites of some dark brown, calcified, root looking growths, growing down from the top of the shower!) No Lie! ...
