The hotel staff was responsive and very nice. When you sat in the lobby which is very small, the air conditioning blew right on you and it was chilly. We had a short visit at the Luxe Rodeo Drive last weekend. The best kept secret on Rodeo Drive, it's fun and not at all pretentious. I had assumed it would be because of the location.
