What a complete disappointment. I typically enjoy and even prefer boutique hotels, but this one is to be avoided. To begin with, when I arrived at the hotel, my driver pulled up and there was no one in sight to assist with my luggage, so I had to lug it up the stairs and then to the front desk.... Don't stay on the second floor, room ***!

Well, there was lipstix on the water glass, the knife w/the orange at bedside wasn't clean, the room was absolutely freezing and the thermostat didn't work.
