Never again and neither should you!

What a complete disappointment. I typically enjoy and even prefer boutique hotels, but this one is to be avoided. To begin with, when I arrived at the hotel, my driver pulled up and there was no one in sight to assist with my luggage, so I had to lug it up the stairs and then to the front desk. The room they checked me into had a loud humming noise and when I went to call the front desk the telephone did not work so, I had to go down stairs and find someone to come to the room to investigate the noise.
