Big Bear cool cabins staff treat you well, they're friendly and willing to take down the notes for each of the cabins if you find something that needs to be fixed. more on TripAdvisor

The bed was a horror, linens didn't fit and the stains were off-putting to say the least, 3 we suspect a huge safety hazard. more on TripAdvisor

We waited outside in the cold with my three little children for about forty minutes for the housekeepers to clean the cabin. more on TripAdvisor
