Shouldn't you be able to stay in a clean room with a helpful staff? Isn't it your money? Not at the Big Bear Frontier Lodge. Here it's dirty rooms with money that they take. cute and cozy
Our stay at the Big bear frontier was wonderful. We stayed in one of their studio cabins. It was cozy and cute. The only recommendation is bring your own pillows because they have the feather pillows that collapse and flatten out. The bed was very comfortable. We had no problems. I was not impressed with the service at this hotel. There were a lot of snafus. At night, I was woken up by an alarm clock that kept ringing in the adjacent, empty room.
