The worst travel agency I have experienced

I was trying to book my oversea trip for my family with this agency using the travel voucher issued by them that I won. The agency's service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. The first time I called, by the way it was a long distance call I had to pay, I left the phone message, hoping that they would return the call next day. they never did; so I called them again next day and told them that I would like to book my oversea trip ; but I was told by the lady who answered my call that I either had to wait for the specialist coming back next week, or have to wait for her to finish with her client since she is in middle of booking the trip for someone.
