Be up front and honest
I arrived at this hotel to have them tell me they would not update my priority points because I did not book through them . My wife came along to use the pool and tan . Great Hotel
We booked this through an Alaska airlines deal. I emailed the hotel and requested a pool view room per a review on tripadvisor. We were booked into the room overlooking the pool and the hotel and staff were awesome! I did not think it was inconvienent at all to Disneyland. I was very pleased with the appearance of the hotel and its location. I felt safe and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and we even observed a wedding held in the garden.
