we are sad that we may not be going back

This was our second stay there. We booked several rooms and suites. The suite above us was so noisy and the hotel was booked up. This was New Years Eve. Great location,but...
My daughter and I stayed here while visiting relatives nearby. The hotel location is great, just blocks away from the Burbank Mall. The few blocks in between the hotel and mall are filled with nice little shops and restaurants. The only choice downtown
This is a nice place as far as Holiday Inns go, the rooms however are just average...many with windows overlooking the parking garage. There is a decent restaurant and a nice rooftop lounge.
