Marginally satisfied
Nice rooms and excellent location near airport and nearby NBC studios and Hollywood.Only drawback was poor service at the front desk.Upon checkout, I had to wait nearly 45 minutes for the deskclerk to show up in order to check me out.This was clearly unacceptable.
