Large rooms!
I was pleasantly surprised when we entered the room at the Bristol Hotel. Large room - spacious bathroom - comfortable beds! My brother-in-law mentioned this hotel at 3341 South Bascom Avenue Campbell, CA. I'm so glad I took a chance. The reservations matched the rate quoted on Expedia. The break... Horrible Experience!!

We recently stayed at this hotel. They claim to have exquisite service and 100% guarantee. However, we asked for an extra pillow only to be told that "we do not have any."
