We had to call at least 10 times in the first 24 hours to have maintenance come to fix the toilet from running and to bring items that were supposed to be in the room, ie: cups, coffee maker, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful but a lot of these things should have been handled automatically. more on TravelPost.com
