Great downtown/Chico State location, great budget motel!
I was skeptical of the motel based on a couple of previous reviews but upon arrival I am so glad I didn't listen to those. Now, grant me I am an experienced traveler and have stayed in 5 star delux hotels as well as Motel 6 type of motels and so I think I am qualified to rate this Motel. The fron...
