I use to stay at small and what I thought were cheap hotels, when I found out the Sheraton was around the same price because this hotel is mostly used for business travelers the rates are cheaper on the weekends! Worst Customer Service

The Crowne Plaza hotel in Concord Ca was one of the worst hotels for customer service. Their front desk people were rude and were not properly trained.
