THIRD TRAFFIC LIGHT ON NEWPORT BLVD IS BAY ST. TURN RIGHT AND YOU WILL SEE US NEXT TO ARCO GAS STATION. GOING NORTH AWAY FROM BEACH- TAKE 55 NORTH / NEWPORT BVLD NORTH FROM PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY.
