there are much better options for the same price

Please find the note I had to send to Homestead HeadQuarters after my stay last May 2007 May 17, 2007 Dear Sirs; It is too bad I have to take some time after my vacation to write this note on some problems I faced while staying from May 5 to May 12 at your location at 5990 Corporate Ave – Cypress, CA. I was actually well impressed by being sent to the Homestead location mentioned above after visiting your Extended Stay America at 4105 E. Willow St. Long Beach, CA. Unfortunately my good first impression lasted only 10 to 15 minutes, until I found that I had been given wrong directions to reach your other hotel. What was even more frustrating was calling your Homestead location at 714-7612766 and being told over the phone by your site manager Lenz that he did not know how to get to the hotel himself. All he could indicate was that your location was right behind Wendy’s. Isn’t that great to say to someone that is not local?
