We booked the Danville Best Western because of its proximity to the Mt. Diablo State Park and then the short drive to the San Jose airport after our trip up the mountain.

Much nicer than I was hoping for--totally acceptable in every way
The picture on TripAdvisor looks a bit scary and when you map it--its close to the highway--so I was thinking it could be a seedy dump. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT the case.
