Didn't live up to potential

The Hallmark Inn has potential to be very good; however, the maintenance seems to be lacking. 4 out of 8 light bulbs in the room were burnt out. Very Comfortable and Cozy

I stayed at the Hallmark Inn in Mid September. I had come to Davis to move my daughter in to the dormitory at the UCD campus. We stayed their a total of 3 nights. In room number 105. Stayed here 10/06 and found it to be just one step above a motel -- not too clean and the room we had was right on the street/street level and very noisy when people walked by.
