This hotel is right on the main drag--Camino Del Mar at the south end of the busiest part of Del Mar Village. more on VirtualTourist

Between the street and the hotel is a large parking lot--free parking they advertise--and it makes the place look defunct. more on VirtualTourist

Upon arrival we met the lady who owns /runs the accommodation-a little quirky perhaps but quite funny-her humour could be taken the wrong way I would imagine by some. more on TripAdvisor

I gather that the amenities are minimal and not really up to Del Mar standards, but they allow dogs--$50.00 deposit / $20.00 cleaning fee--and they are just two short blocks from the beach. more on VirtualTourist
