When I check in the 3rd room in other hotel people ask me come back at 4:00 pm and don't wait in line, when we go back at 4:10pm, front counter person tell us $150 a room, but I had reservation for $120 a room, we have to fight for that to get the right price, then the manager tell us the room has not been clean, (11:00am Check out time to 4:00pm chick in time, 5 hour not enough to clean a room?) more on Yahoo! They have 7 spas and a pool, but the facilities are open to the public until 10pm so, despite only having 50 rooms, its not quiet or secluded. more on CitySearch
