overall, the place was nicer than others in the area, but the DSL feature is one i needed to use. unfortunately, it was unavailable, and even the tech support at the company that provides the service could not help. i paid for the room and all its services, but DSL was unavailable. no discount co... a traveler, a user of hotels.com.
