The Best Western Dimond Bar, Ca had dirty bathroom floors, kids running up and down the halls being noisey all night long. Iron didn't work, and they didn't have a replacement to send. The Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!!!
This is the worst hotel/motel I have ever dealt with and I have been to many for softball tournaments. If you like thieves (employees) then this is the place to stay.
