Dirty Rooms!

Unfortunately, the Radisson fell short of what is expected in a 3 star hotel. The rooms were old and dated (though clean). The staff was not aware of the word customer service and when asked if they could look up my frequent guest #, I was told that there was no number for me. The sleep number be...
