Old friends we hadn't met before...

Upon arriving at Lucinda's, we were greeted by Daryl and Cindy, like old friends they just hadn't met yet. Within minutes we were seated, held wine glasses and were introduced around to the other occupants for the weekend. Settling in was as comfortable as settling into a comfortable chair. Although there was a Chamber of Commerce meet-and-greet on the property the first night of our stay, Cindy and Daryl went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The property is wonderfully secluded but close to some excellent dining (and even great espresso drinks at the Fair Play Bistro) and lots of wine tasting opportunities. It was our first time staying in a B&B and we will go back! My husband was very skeptical of the privacy, but the rooms are spacious and spread out.
