I just got back from staying at this establishment. I normally stay at the Hilton Garden Inn but the Homestead Studio Suites Hotel, San Mateo had a great rate for Labor Day Weekend that I couldn't pass up. Anyway, I placed my reservation a month ago and had been checking around about reviews of the hotel ever since. I can't find one and the hotel website have some pretty generic information. I even tried e-mailing the hotel directly through their website but nothing happened, no reply whatsoever.I arrived at the hotel Saturday morning. The website talked about the personal service on their website, 'The staff is trained to be sensitive to guests' needs, to be thoughtful, show respect and to greet each guest personally by name.'
