There is a motel in Portland that was 25 dollars, with faster internet and clean rooms (and of course, no creepy phone calls). more on TripAdvisor

So if you dont mind the extra guests, it does come with a mini fridge and microwave and free Wi Fi. more on TripAdvisor

Like a lot of these other reviews, I also have stayed at other cheap hotels but have never had such a dirty place for such a unreasonable price. more on TripAdvisor
