we stayed at this hotel over the new year,to see the rose bowl parade...the registration desk was very kind and helpful...we needed directions and they printed out a map for us to keep.....the staff was very helpful; and very kind...the room was very clean, and the housekeeping did an awesome job... nice and comfortable
I stayed here for a conference and was pleased with my stay. The rooms are comfortable and the beds extra plush. Both the common areas and rooms have a modern, fresh decor and hallways were always quiet.
