This is the second time in eight months we've booked with this hotel. The staff is very friendly and always eager to assist, there are plenty of elevators and never a line!! Not bad if you get a great deal.
The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was not very attentive; out of about eight calls to the front desk, only three were answered and one of those I was put on eternal hold.
