My stay at the Best Western was a total nightmare. The first night the toilet was stopped up and the telephone did not work, so we were moved to another room to find out the key did not work and finally we retired for the night to hear what sounded like a jack hammer around 2:30 am. Terrible place to stay
I called 2 days before and already have a discount rate because we stayed for a week. Then we checked in, the manager refused to give the price they agreed on phone. They don't have internet access like what they said, you have to use the internet in lobby with you own laptop!!! The breakfast is ... fantome-soldier, a user of Tripadvisor.
