Acceptable - but nothing special

On the plus side: the staff was friendly, there is wifi access in each room, coin laundry and kitchens equipt with a burner, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and fridge (no oven).

Yes there is NO pool, but wait !

ES = Extended Stay This is not a full service hotel, there is no pool, no food, but perfect for those who do NOT want to pay $220 per night for a Friday & Saturday nights in Santa Barbara. Giving limited service a new meaning

This property is adequate for an extended stay, as the kitchenette is a nice amenity. However, we were surprised that there were no other amenities, and that housekeeping costs extra.
