1.0: Old Milano needs a little help with customer service issues

I heard about the Old Milano Hotel on-line. I was treating my partner to a romantic getaway for our five year anniversary. The scenery was gorgeous. The property is right off the highway, but not too much traffic. It is also directly on the ocean with lots of grassy areas and pathways and gardens. Unfortunately, the other issues definitely overrode the scenery during my stay. Our cottage was actually a duplex with noisy neighbors that turned out to be the owner and/or the owner's daughter (I never got the straight story from the housekeeper). The room was a bit small ...
