2.0: Rude service is a blemish on an otherwise nice hotel

It’s unfortunate that the service at the Duchamp Hotel ruined what otherwise could have been a pleasant stay. After my experience today, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone—I’ve never been treated so rudely by any hotel I’ve ever stayed at, ever. During our two-night stay we were never greeted, welcomed, smiled at, or thanked by any hotel staff member (like other reviewers mentioned, staff leaves at 7pm so if you arrive later they left your key outside).
