Excellent Amenities & Excellent Location!
My boyfriend & I recently stayed for 4 nights at this property. Overall we found it to be in a good location, for a fair price, with excellent amenities. We arrived on a Tuesday afternoon & made it to the hotel fairly easily in our rental car, thanks to Google Maps. Check-in was smooth & we were able to park our car in the underground car park for free (this is a huge drawcard, as many properties of this nature do not have car parking). Needs serious improvement

This hotel has potential, but also has some serious problems. It is just opening, and not all facilities were available during this trip, so some of the issues we encountered can be forgiven, but some cannot. The second most serious issue is the Valet parking. It is $20, there is no non-valet parking lot available, and this should be more clearly stated up front. While this is a normal circumstance ... a traveler, a user of hotels.com.
