1.0: Poor management, unclean rooms

My boyfriend and I booked Sandcastle Inn through Hotels and deeply regretted it later. The hotel isn’t anything like the description on Hotels. Definitely shouldn’t be categorized as a 2 star hotel. Rooms are extremely small, hygiene is bad, and there is an unpleasant odor in the rooms. The ‘standard queen room ‘ is tiny, and the bed takes the entire ...
