Very Nice and Brand New

Stayed at this property in late November 2006. The hotel itself is brand new. It is a 4 story hotel tower with the usual Embassy Suites layout of the atrium in the middle. This property used to be the Casitas at Santa Rosa Plaza. They still have the condos on property for rentals but I stayed in the hotel tower. The room was very nice and ... Three Week-Old Hotel:Everything Sparkles!

Ultra-New Property: Beautiful & sparkling clean, was a nice treat after some of the older Embassy Suite properties of the past in that Palm Springs area. This one is a bit of a drive from the main highway - about 6 - 7 miles, and not in a upscale tourist section such as El Paseo or on a golf course. However, there were some great benefits. For one thing, it's three weeks old and I am speculating that hardly anyone had ever even been in our guest room.
