Too far from LAX for service so lacking
How upsetting is it when you stay at a hotel because it has itself listed as an LAX location, and yet the rental car shuttle that is located 3 blocks away will not take you to the hotel because its 'outside of their route'.

Great Hotel for LAX trip
This hotel is nothing fancy, but the staff is very friendly and accomodating. It is clean and well-furnished, with updated linens. We visit California frequently, and always stay at this hotel prior to our departure.
