Sonora Blues Festival Accomadations

Worst Customer Service I've ever received

I am a seasoned traveler and I have never such poor customer service by any hotel staff the way I was by the people here...sadly, the owner was the worst. I was in the wrong hotel......

At least that was what the manager told me - in the end I had to agree and won't be going back. The room was clean - no soap - no problem. Skip this place! My husband & I stayed here for extended stay during Thanks giving weekend because it was a close location to our relatives.
