Wonderful Desert Solitude!
First, I'd like to respond to the review entered in March. I read it prior to my trip, and while I was there I found it just did not ring true. To begin with, who would stay at a bed and breakfast then claim they didn't realize there was a breakfast included?? The towels and linens were great; they weren't worn at all and were of high quality (esp. nice, thick towels) and a thick head wrap was also provided for when getting out of the shower. The "cowboy spa" is a novelty - horse troughs sitting out on the property. I found it laughable that this woman would think that warm water would come out of a hose! I was never asked to clean my unit, and sweeping and cleaning the counters as she described would've been impossible; the floors were almost 100% covered in throw rugs, and the only countertop was in the bathroom. The cabin was ok, cute & eclectic in a joseph cornell way, if a bit outdated, but the bed was uncomfortable and small for 2 people, and the bedlinens/towels etc seemed old and not so nice, like they ...
